Food Nation Denmark hosted its Global Food Talk during Plant-based World Expo in London. The purpose was to discuss how we can make our future food systems more sustainable and what role new innovative ingredients will have on such transformation. Our co-founder David Erlandsson participated in the talks to explain what opportunities the company sees with its algae based ingredients and how it can support the transition into a sustainable food system.
