At the end of June 2023 EIT Food hosted its annual event with focus on transforming world food systems. As one of EIT's Rising Food Stars Aliga's co-founder David Erlandsson had been inviting to introduce Aliga's sustainable and nutritious Chlorella algae ingredients for EIT Food's community and explain how the company sees how they can support the transition into a sustainable food system.
