The Top 5 Scale It Up Innovation Challenge contestants have been selected for the acceleration phase! Congratulations to Aliga Microalgae, Cultivated Biosciences, Plantway, MOA foodtech and Yeap who made it to the Final Round.
Behind the challenge is Bühler Group, Cargill, Givaudan, PURIS and DIL Deutsches Institut für Lebensmitteltechnik e. V. have joined forces to provide technical expertise, access to pilot facilities, product development help and mentorship to start-ups in the alternative protein production space.
