Aliga exhibited at Vitafoods in Geneva

In the beginning of May 2022 Aliga exhibited at the trade-show Vitafoods in Geneva, where the company introduced its proprietary white Chlorella - a chlorophyll-free, white ingredient with neutral flavour and colour to be applied in food, beverages and dietary supplement formulations.
White Chlorella ingredient
As an addition to its green Chlorella the company introduced its white Chlorella, a sustainable complement to soy- and pea ingredients in food, beverages and dietary supplement applications. The white Chlorella ingredient is a vegan, plant-based, allergen-free and protein-rich ingredient with neutral flavour and colour, making it highly applicable in a broad variety of formulations, from analogues-, savoury- and bakery to nutritional beverages and protein-bars.
This innovative ingredient is a vegan non-GMO superfood that only consists of fermented and dried Chlorella algae which naturally contains vitamins, minerals, fibres, proteins, amino- and fatty acids.
