Aliga at DIL in Germany

In the middle of June 2022 Aliga's team spent a week at DIL (Deutsches Institut für Lebensmitteltechnik) in Germany to apply its white Chlorella ingredients in various food formulations.

DIL is the leading food testing institute in Germany and within the scope of Scale It Up Innovation Challenge we spend a week at their facility in Quakenbrück to undertake various trials on our white Chlorella. We were pleased to see successful results in different wet extrusion formulations, pasta formulations, cold cut formulations as well as in other type of tests.
