Last week Aliga was at Bühler Groups headquarter in Uzwil, Switzerland where Bühler hosted its Networking Days and the final of Scale It Up Innovation Challenge took place.
Scale It Up at Bühler's Networking Days
In fierce competition with other strong plant-based scale up's, we had with our proprietary white Chlorella ingredient managed to land a place in Scale It Up Innovation Challenge final. The competition was initiated by the joint efforts of Bühler Group, Cargill, Givaudan, DIL and Puris and hosted at Bühler's Networking Days in Switzerland. During the 3 day event we met foodies, developers and manufactures from all over the world and got a lot of attention with our unique white Chlorella ingredient. The winner of the challenge was MOA Food-tech with their yeast ingredient.
